COMMUNITIES OF LECTURERS/TEACHERS IN MODERN EDUCATIONAL SPACE
Abstract
Implementation of the concept of education throughout all life is connected not only with modernization of the contents, methodical providing and the organization of educational process, including introduction of information and communication technologies and innovative methods of training, with the strengthening of a role of individual and independent work of schoolchildren and students, but also to change of a role of teachers. Functioning and development of modern educational space in many respects depends on coordination of the actions of the scientific and pedagogical community.
It should be noted especially an important and growing role of professional associations at virtual space. Development of the global Internet and wide use of information and communication technologies represent essentially other opportunities for the organization of educational networks.
It is obvious that communities of teachers at the present stage have to be focused on the creation of an innovative platform for discussion and the analysis of future tendencies in educational space, for exchange of information, new ideas and for the establishment of professional contacts.

CHILDREN’S ABILITY IN AWARENESS OF THE INITIAL AND THE FINAL SOUND IN A WORD
Abstract
The findings from the PISA studies in 2009 and 2012 reveal the results of the reading achievements of 15-year-olds which are not satisfying. The fact is, the reading is influenced by several factors. One of the factors is the ability of phonological awareness, since the early teaching of phonological awareness has a major influence on the development and achievements of the reading abilities of children.
Studies have found that the strategies for the development of phonological awareness in kindergarten are crucial for a child's success in literacy (Tafa, 2008). Nevertheless, in Slovenia, there is not enough emphasis on the early development of phonological awareness, even though we have good chances, because many children in the preschool period are included in kindergarten.
This study has detected the impact of the exercise of phonological awareness in kindergarten which is accurately presented in this article. In the entire model, a certain proportion of children who detect neither the initial nor the final sound before entering the school is included. With children who have lower levels of phonological abilities, there is a greater risk that they will have reading difficulties. Therefore, it is no wonder that we draw the attention to the urgent changes in the activities and tasks in kindergarten.

UPDATING THE MULTIDIMENSIONAL RELATIONSHIP TO INFORMATION IN SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
The 21st century announces the launch of many changes in getting and giving information. The cyber era requires the ability of managing different skills as well as meaningful integration with the past. In fact, the present deals with the management of multidimensional communications and requires lifelong training and readiness for change. Transliteracy as the ability to write, read and interact across a range of platforms, tools and media, allows the fusion of the cyber era peculiarities with the sense of belonging to the past. It indicates the upgrading of literacy and operates on the level of individual attention. It is anchored in the form of deep learning, regardless of the sense which enabled it to flow. The multidimensionality provides a holistic view of information and a critical elimination of the irrelevant issues. It is also a means by which a teacher can achieve better results in the classroom, if he finds the appropriate channeling of attention. It does not mean the absolute transition into the information society, but only the management of yesterday, today and tomorrow. It means collaboration, management and education for the literacy of the future.

CONTENT AND LANGUAGE INTEGRATED LEARNING AT AN EARLY AGE: POSSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS
Abstract
Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) as an educational approach has a dual focus in which an additional language is used for the learning and teaching of both content and language (Coyle, Hood and Marsh, 2010, p. 1; Criado and Sánches, 2012). The research focuses on early foreign language learning (EFLL) through CLIL. A small scale research has been carried out in year three in an elementary school analysing parents’ perceptions and attitudes regarding EFLL, the implementation of the CLIL approach, and wellbeing in class. The results were obtained by administering an anonymous questionnaire to parents of children in the aforementioned class and showed a high appreciation of the CLIL approach, further, the parents deem EFLL as a very important factor for the future work and study of their off-spring. In addition, the research showed the appreciation of parents for the wellbeing of their offspring in a foreign language class. The latter is of great importance, since it significantly lowers anxiety levels and boosts the learning impact.

Professional Education has always been and continues to remain as the biggest value in human life. This article draws mainly on the several conditions which have their positive impact on the Education Quality Assurance:
a) Perception of education material or text, when the learners have the holistic imagination of the data, specifics of the text objects and the included activities’ system,
b) The knowledge level of the new objects and those known from the previous experience, their specifics and links, taking into account that the data related to the above mentioned objects is being strengthened in the result of monitoring,
c) Practical use of theoretical and applied knowledge in the learning process,
d) Evaluation of the utilised knowledge effectiveness through reflective activities,
e) Change in the parameters of different activities included in the academic material based on the characteristics of the operations included in the activities and its applicability which result in the transformation of ideas and development of new logics in the ideas and insights.
Thus, generally we can conclude, that the problem of modern professional education in the sense of its practicality should be mainly discussed in the terms of:
a) Complex analysis of forefront education content, methods and innovative technologies,
b) Work executed by the University subdivisions and structural units which ensure the effectivity of those processes, which can provide real possibilities to each learner to gain knowledge based skills necessary for the specialty in question.
